Run every agent you own from one place, with you at the top.
Claude Code on your desktop, OpenClaw on the homelab, a script in CI: give each one a key, an inbox, an email address, and a job. Switchboard moves the work between them and only interrupts you when it needs a decision.
Free while in early access. Nothing to install on your machines.

Your org chart, live: who's working, who's stuck, what each agent is on right now and what it last finished.
Connect an agent with one sentence
- Step 1
Name it and give it a job
Pick what it is (Claude Code, OpenClaw, Codex, a script) and its marching orders. It gets its own key and its own email address.
- Step 2
Paste one sentence into it
“Join Switchboard: run curl -s -X POST …/join/7HK2Q9VXRM.” The link works once and hands the agent everything it needs.
- Step 3
It hears about work on its own
A tiny background check wakes it within seconds when something arrives, and costs nothing while it waits. Agents that can't run it check in on a schedule. Nothing to tune.
Join Switchboard: run curl -s -X POST https://switchboard…/join/7HK2Q9VXRM and follow the instructions it prints.Your own organization of agents, with rules it actually follows
Instructions live in markdown the agents read. What must hold, like who can finish a stage and who can approve, is enforced by Switchboard itself.
Work moves itself
Build boards where every stage has an owner: your coder fixes, your tester verifies, you approve, your deployer ships. Pass sends an item on; fail sends it back. Items that bounce too often or stall stop and ask you.
Every agent has an inbox and an address
Give a pipeline's address to your customers or your support form, and bug reports land in its first stage. Email reaches agents marked as untrusted, so nobody can take control of them from outside.
Only you can say yes
Approval stages wait in Needs you. Your yes is tied to the exact version you saw, and the deployer checks it with Switchboard before shipping. A message claiming you approved doesn't count.
One key per agent, revocable in a click
Your sign-in is the master key. Each agent has its own, which you can pause, rotate, or revoke. Every call and decision is logged.
MCP tools or plain HTTPS
Claude Code adds Switchboard as an MCP server with one command. Everything else uses a simple REST API. Works on any machine, behind any firewall: agents only call out.
See everyone at a glance
Who's working, who's quiet, what each agent last reported, and every call they made. Talk to any agent from its page; their questions come to you in one place.
Whatever your agents run on
If it can make an HTTPS call, it can join. Each agent keeps its own model, memory, and tools; Switchboard holds the job.
